GENERAL HOUSE INFORMATION
The Board of Governors is limiting these rules and regulations to the minimum required for the enjoyment of the Club by all its members and their guests. Each member has the responsibility to know these rules and to support the Board and staff in their enforcement
Reservations
Reservations are encouraged for the dining room and are required for private parties and outings.

Cancellations
Please call as early as possible if you will be unable to honor your reservation. Cancellations for Club sponsored activities are subject to applicable charges if not made at least 24 hours in advance.
Dependents
All dependents and their guests are subject to the same rules and responsibilities as members and their guests. Persons under 21 may not consume alcoholic beverages or sit at the bar. Persons over 18 have full membership privileges and responsibilities commensurate with their membership type, with the above noted exceptions.
Member Statements
A monthly statement is mailed on or about the 1st of each month. It contains all charges made through the end of the previous month. Members will be able to access their statements and food minimums on the purpoodock.com website. Payment of your statement balance is due upon receipt. Questions regarding your statement should be directed to the Business Office between 8:00 am and 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Payment must be received by the last day of the month to avoid a 1½ % finance charge.
Dress Code
Appropriate attire (i.e.: tailored shirts, tops, etc.) is required at all times. There is a relax policy requiring jackets for men in the dining room on Saturday evenings from May1st through September 30th, otherwise jackets are required from October 1st to April 30th. Jeans may be worn all year round except in the dining room, golf course, putting green and driving range. Members and guests not in compliance with this dress code will, in a courteous manner, be reminded of this policy.
Telephones
Phones are available for members' use, in the men’s and women’s lounges, outside Greenside, and in the halls adjacent to the locker rooms. Dial 9 to obtain an outside line.
Food Minimums & Gratuities
Members are required to spend $60 every month on food. An 18% service charge is added on to all checks for food or drinks served in any of the Club dining rooms or at the Greenside.
Payment of Club Charges
Cash payments are not permitted for most Club charges. Members must sign checks for all food and beverage, golf fees and carts.
Assumption of Risk
Members and their guests using the Club facilities do so at their own risk and peril. Under no circumstances is a member relieved of the responsibility for insuring that all activities engaged in are appropriate and safe.
Behavior
All Club members and their guests shall behave in a courteous manner to other members, guests and staff. Profanity and other rude behavior will not be tolerated.
Smoking
The clubhouse is smoke free.
Messages & Cell Phones
Paging members for telephone calls will not be provided. As a courtesy to others using the Club, cell phones and beepers shall be turned off except in the case of emergency.

PURPOODOCK CLUB RULES
- Only liquor purchased from the Club may be consumed on the premises.
- Alcoholic beverage must stay within the clubhouse or deck area
- All personal items must be kept inside member’s lockers.
- Shoes must be worn at all times outside the locker rooms.
- Members and guests are not permitted on Club property after hours.
- Members and guests shall not deface, destroy or remove any Club property. The Club assumes no responsibility for personal property of members or guests. The finder of any such article is requested to turn it in to the Club office.
- Members, guests and visitors are not allowed in the kitchen or behind the bar in Greenside.
- The membership list of Purpoodock Club is for member use only.
