Thank you for your interest in Purpoodock Club! We are currently accepting applications for our 2012-2013 golfing season. For a limited time during our Spring Membership Drive, we are accepting new members with no initiation fees!
Purpoodock is known as one of the finest golf courses in Maine. Our course is maintained in top condition by a crack staff led by Darius Iranpour, and golf operations are overseen by the excellent Mike Worroll and his pro shop staff. We have a great program with fun golf groups, weekly sweeps, regular tournaments, and a host of special events. It’s an excellent place to meet new golfing friends and to bring guests for a challenging, well-paced round of golf.
Golf is just one aspect of membership at Purpoodock. Our relaxed and comfortable clubhouse serves some of the best food in Cumberland County. We offer a full year of social fun, from regular Friday happy hours and Sunday brunches to exclusive wine dinners and tasting events. The clubhouse is alive with excitement during our monthly trivia night, and our special Governors’ Ball and Spring Fling galas draw most members for some delicious food, lively music, and club camaraderie. And those are just a few examples!
Remember, Purpoodock offers a variety of membership options from full Golf to House memberships, with a category that will fit the club needs of you and your family. Don’t be afraid to compare - Purpoodock is a great value, for golfers and non-golfers alike, and we’re unique in the Cape Elizabeth, South Portland, and Scarborough areas.
