The Board of Governors has approved the following dues structure.

The dues will be billed and due according to Article XII: “Due upon receipt”.

If scheduled payments are not received by the end of the month, interest will be charged at 1.5% per month. The past due payments will be subject to posting.
The dining room minimum fee is $60.00 for twelve months.
The Capital Assessments: The Club has two loans outstanding. One for the Irrigation system and the other for the Club House Renovation. the Irrigation assessment will be $29.50 and the C/H Renovation assessment will be $42.70.
We are accepting Full and Social No Golf Memberships. The one time initiation fee for Full-Family/Single Golf is $3,000 payable in two installments. $1500.00 due with the application.
Junior Golf Membership (up to age 34): The Initiation Fee will be 50% of the current Initiation Fee for Regular Membership ($1,500) paid in 3 equal annual payments; 1/3 ($500) with application, 1/3 ($500) annually for the following 2 years payable on October 1st. Annual Dues will be 75% of the Regular Membership dues. Junior members are golfers up to and including age 34. In the fiscal year that a golfer turns 35 Regular Golfing fees will be applicable. Junior Membership will be limited to 20 members.
Social Golf Membership: The Initiation Fee will be 50% of the Initiation Fee for Regular Membership ($1,500) payable with application; other 50% (1,500) upon becoming a stockholder. Social Golf dues will be 60% of the Regular Membership dues. Greens fees for 18 holes will be $40: 9 holes; $25. Social Golf Family will be $40.00 for 18-holes and $25.00 for 9-holes for Adults and $20.00 for 18-holes or $12.50 for 9-holes for Children. Social golf times of play are Monday until 4 p.m. or after 5:30 p.m. (unless playing in the men’s Twilight League); Tuesdays and Wednesdays (All Day); Thursday after 1 p.m.; Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Holidays after 2 p.m.
Legacy Membership (sons and daughters of members who are no longer allowed to play as family members)The Initiation Fee will be 33% of the then current Regular Membership Initiation Fee ($3,000) payable in 3 equal annual payments of ($330); 1/3 ($330) with application, 1/3 ($330) annually for the following 2 years payable on October 1st. Sons and daughters must apply within 1 year after reaching age 24, i.e. before reaching 25. Annual dues will be 75% of the Regular Membership dues. Prospective Legacy Members will receive priority over other prospective Junior Members as it relates to the limit of 20 Junior Memberships.
Guest Fee is $60.00 for 18 holes $30.00 for 9 holes for any guest for all categories unless Juniors 18 years and under are playing with other Juniors 18 and under, Guest fees are then $30.00 for 18-holes and $15.00 for 9-Holes).
